Questions people ask first
Do I need to give you my Instagram password?
No. GEN-NETZ uses official platform access, such as Meta Business Suite or Instagram collaborator roles. Your password stays with you and you can remove our access at any time.
What if I don't like a piece of content?
Every piece goes through your approval before it is published. Reasonable changes are included. Major changes, such as a full reshoot or a completely new concept, are quoted before any extra work begins.
Do you run paid ads?
Not in any plan. If you want ads, GEN-NETZ can manage campaigns for a separate fee. You pay the ad budget, and no campaign starts without your approval.
Can you guarantee followers or growth?
No, and no agency honestly can. We commit to consistent professional work, real performance data, and a process that improves month by month.
What about Meta Verified?
Meta Verified support is included in Elite, Growth and Flex. Meta decides eligibility and pricing. If Meta raises its subscription price, the difference is passed on to you, and we tell you beforehand.
